Accountant - Private Equity Business

Exciting opportunity as Group Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner has arisen within a high growth PE backed business based in Hertfordshire.

This is an exceptional and rare chance to join a Private Equity backed business on a fast growth curve and gain the broad exposure to become a future Financial Director.

Whilst working closely with the CFO and Financial Controller you will assist with a number of activities to include acquisitions, bid and pricing work as well as supporting forecasting, budgeting and the production of group wide management and financial reporting.

Key Accountabilities include:

Assisting with Group Management and financial reporting ensuring policies and standards are up to date and compliant including IFRS. You will provide decision support analysis and modelling around bids and tenders, investment appraisal and acquisitions as well as maintaining and developing group accounting processes and ad-hoc work.

This role is perfectly suited to a recently qualified ACA looking for a first move into industry within a broad role although CIMA and ACCA's will also be considered.
