Our manufacturing client are an acknowledged global market leader in their field and are looking to add an experienced Credit Controller to their small friendly team.
Principal Role and Responsibilities:
- Daily Invoicing
- Uploading invoices on to customer websites
- Cash posting and allocations
- Dealing with Letters of Credit (LC)
- Issuing Bank guarantee for advance payments.
- Query resolution
- Cash inflow forecasting
- Maintaining commission records
- Month end sales reports
- Ad hoc Analysis, Reporting and commentary
- Drive process review and continual improvements
-Other duties as required
Skills/Requirements:
- Experience working in a production environment or a manufacturing background
- Good Excel skills
- Excellent communicator with ability to build rapport
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to working within a small team.
- Pro-active approach to working and use of initiative
- Accounting and ERP systems experience (knowledge of SAGE 200 and Factory Master ERP system would be advantageous)
The Candidate:
- Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role
- Self-starter who has lots of initiative and possess a strong work ethic
- Strong IT skills, excel skills to intermediate.
- Good communication skills
Package
- Appointment Type: Permanent
- Salary: up to £23,000 (subject to experience)
- Hours: Full-Time 37 hours per week
- Office based (with occasional work from home permitted)
