Finance & Operations Manager - Part-time

• Part-time 3 or 4 days per week
• £45K - £50K pro-rata
• Small & friendly creative agency

In this role you'll prepare the monthly management accounts and other financial information for the directors and other stakeholders. This is a sole-role, leading all areas of Finance, ensuring compliance and accuracy is at the heart of what you do.

Some key responsibilities:

• Financial & Management Accounting
• Weekly WIP and revenue meetings with Directors and Client Teams
• Monthly cash-flow reporting
• End of year reporting
• Balance sheet accounting such as accruals, pre-payments, PAYE and intercompany
• Purchase and sales ledger
• Payroll admin and company pension scheme
• Administration duties to support the smooth operation of the studio

About you:

• Qualified/part-qualified/QBE with experience in a similar role
• Ideally you've worked in a creative / marketing agency and have a keen interest in this space!
• Friendly, personable, and collaborative
• Seeking a part-time role. This role will be worked over 3-4 days per week with no scope to become full-time for the foreseeable
