I am currently working with a leading insurance business in London. This is a global insurer with a large international presence and market leading reputation. The role is responsible for analyses that maintains the company's strong reputation in the industry and with regulators, and to ensure its ability to protect its customers

Your new role
You will perform a variety of key regulatory reporting functions, including Solvency II calculations and actuarial inputs into Lloyd's reporting. You will deliver quarterly calculation of Solvency II technical provisions for multiple legal entities, applying appropriate techniques and assumptions.

In addition, you will perform Solvency II Standard Formula calculations for multiple legal entities, including a validation of assumptions. Assist in the completion of Lloyd's reporting requirements, including the TPD and QMA/QMB. Assist in the completion of the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) report for multiple legal entities.

You will also provide timely delivery and communication of results, including important assumptions, to management (including the Chief Actuary and Chief Financial Officer).

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this exciting role, you will need to be a qualified accountant with a minimum 4+ years of general insurance experience. You will have experience with Solvency II and/or Lloyd's reporting requirements with strong excel and data manipulations skills. This is a business facing role so you will need the ability to partner with senior stakeholders across the business.
