Our client - a private equity and debt finance-backed group - need an immediately available, qualified accountant with strong financial accounting, multi-site reporting and consolidations background.
It is essential that you have multi-site experience and experience of debt finance and reporting - ideally you will have worked within a private-equity environment.
You will be specifically focusing on helping to integrate new acquisitions and creating robust and uniform processes and procedures.
The company is a fast-growth, PE backed operation who have ambitious growth plans involving multiple acquisitions this year - almost trebling their sites.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working with private-equity and reporting to external investors. You will be a qualified accountant with strong technical financial accounting skills, ideally in a multi-site operation. You will be comfortable with integrating multiple new sites / acquisitions.
Key Roles and responsibilities:
Monthly reporting to PE backers / investors
Lead on Capital reporting and produce all required reporting required to be undertaken for debt financing
Consolidation of group monthly accounts for all sites PL and BS
Lead on Group annual Audit
Produce weekly reporting to senior management team
Controls and compliance - design and operating effectiveness of group controls and implement process improvements and efficiency
Reviewing work prepared by the teams including PL reviews; balance sheet reconciliations
Assisting in rolling out consolidation tools
Group rolling cashflow
Group Insurance
Produce Financial covenants (leverage and debt service)
This role will be office based.
