A G15 housing association, who provide housing at various levels of affordability for those living in the South East, East Midlands and East of England, are currently looking to appoint an experienced Project Accountant. As Project Accountant, you'll be responsible for managing projects and ensuring deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Delivering the financial data and reporting requirements of the corporate Service Charges project
  • Working with the wider Finance team to design, test and implement improved processes to deliver these requirements
  • Developing and managing project plans
  • Communicating change across the business and leading on training for new processes
  • Coordinating projects across the Finance team

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Have significant experience in a similar project-based role, requiring skills as a finance business partner
  • Be experienced in designing and implementing processes
  • Have advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyse large volumes of data
