Sellick Partnership have partnered with a fast paced, growth organisation in Manchester to recruit a well versed Financial Accountant to join a division of their organisation.

As the Financial Accountant you will be part of a forward thinking division, who utilise data to deliver informed commercial decisions. You will drive strong financial control and deliver all management and statutory reporting requirement whilst also preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports and look for opportunities to drive continuous improvement. You will be strong in data manipulation, excel and deliver clean and efficient balance sheet controls and reconciliation.
- End to end delivery of complex balance sheet reconciliations
- Drive continuous improvement of company financial controls
- Partner project teams to deliver robust and efficient financial processes.
- Cleanse existing data.
- Delivering quarterly and year end reporting requirements
You will be a Financial Accountant ideally come from a FCA regulated organisation, where you have dealt with complex balance sheet reconciliations and honed your excel skills with the ability to manage large sets of data and advance formulas and functions. You will also be ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified accountant with strong financial and stat accounting experience.
This Financial Accountant role is a 12 month fixed term contract, however the organisation have a reputation for keeping strong performers on in permanent or additional fixed term roles, so there is scope for growth if that is what you are looking for.
The role is paying c£55k plus a strong package including private health care, 10% pension contribution and 28 days holiday plus bank.
