SME Manufacturing business, whose head office is in the East London area, are currently looking for an Interim Financial Controller for circa 6 months. The expectation will be that you are be based in the office, but you have the option to work remotely part of the week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the change required to improve the processes and controls.
- Lead ongoing process improvement and automation activity.
- Business Partner with the commercial team to enable correct finance processes are in place.
- Day to day controller responsibilities ( IE: balance sheet recon, management accounts etc.)
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience operating as a Financial Controller in a similar size business
- Able to implement and improve processes and controls
- Strong leadership skills and hands-on, detail focused individual
- Ability to adapt quickly to new finance systems
