SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Service Administrator initially on a temporary basis for 8 weeks, the role will then become permanent for the right candidate!
The role will be in the perfect location for candidates living in Colwick, Burton Joyce, Carlton, Radcliff on Trent and the surrounding areas around the Nottingham area.
There will be various Customer Service and Administration tasks including:
- Handling customer complaints within a particular timeframe keeping customer updated throughout the process
- Dealing with any paper work for the engineers work sheets
- Providing quotes to sub-contractors
- Handling enquires efficiently and effectively ensuring the administration process is followed
- Supporting with general office administration work
- Providing maintenance reports and customer requests
- Supporting the rest of the team when and if necessary
The client offered on-site parking, full kitchen facilities and a open plan office space.
Hourly rate: £9.50 per hour
Working Hours: Monday Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
This is a temporary role to start ASAP and therefore you must be available immediately or at short notice.
