A leading Information Services PLC, is searching for an newly qualified Management Accountant! Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role offers a unique opportunity to join the Finance team as they re-energise and improve the foundations put in place by the existing team.
The role & responsibilities;
Reporting directly to the Financial ControllerRunning the Management Accounts for the UK divisionBusiness partnering with Heads of Departments Ensuring efficient cost management vs budget• Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including the posting of corrections to be used as audit back up filesMaintaining an accurate cashflow forecast on a weekly basis, flagging any changes or concerns to the Financial Controller in a timely mannerWorking closely with the finance team to maintain and refine all financial processesAssisting with the preparation of financial analysis
The person we are looking for;
Qualified or very nearly Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)4-5 years’ experience in a similar roleExcellent planning and organisational skillsExperience in using an established ERP – Microsoft BC experience advantageousExperience working within multi-site organisations would be beneficial, but is not essentialA friendly and proactive demeanourReliable, in terms of quality and quantity of work as well as timekeeping and attendanceGood team playerStrong level of written and spoken English
