Finance Manager

Finance Manager required for an exceptional employer within the Infrastructure sector with a reputation for personal development, promoting within, flexible working and a superb working environment.

The Finance Manager will manage and support a team of 4 direct reports and work closely with the Financial Controller and Business Units in order to provide Management and Financial reporting and drive decision making.

Key accountabilities and duties through your team include:

Production of Monthly quarterly and annual Management Reporting including the consolidation of subsidiaries, managing the audit process, budgeting and forecasting, taking the lead for Statutory obligations to include Tax and VAT, (statutory accounts are produced by subsidiaries accountants so mainly oversight and consolidation) Maintaining cash-flow, overseeing the Purchase and Sales Ledger team (small team), forming relationships with and supporting the senior management team including commercial, legal, customer service and other areas, assisting with process improvements and ad-hoc project work.

This is a hands on role requiring a qualified accountant with the ability to build relationships both inside and outside of finance.
