High growth international business are looking to hire an experienced Interim IPO Project Manager to support them on a fully remote working basis for 6- 9 months.  Working closely with the senior leadership of the business, you will coordinate all activity surrounding the transaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Alongside senior management and external advisers, produce a detailed timetable of key activities
  • Ensure IPO process is effectively managed and key milestones are hit at the right times
  • Ensure data flows are prioritised correctly, ensuring there is one single source of truth
  • Mange and oversee data room, prepare FPPP and other key documentation

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience of project managing at least 1 IPO transaction
  • Listings can be in the UK, US or otherwise
  • Experience of working closely with external Bankers and Lawyers
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
