High growth international business are looking to hire an experienced Interim IPO Project Manager to support them on a fully remote working basis for 6- 9 months. Working closely with the senior leadership of the business, you will coordinate all activity surrounding the transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Alongside senior management and external advisers, produce a detailed timetable of key activities
- Ensure IPO process is effectively managed and key milestones are hit at the right times
- Ensure data flows are prioritised correctly, ensuring there is one single source of truth
- Mange and oversee data room, prepare FPPP and other key documentation
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience of project managing at least 1 IPO transaction
- Listings can be in the UK, US or otherwise
- Experience of working closely with external Bankers and Lawyers
- Strong communication and influencing skills
