Regional Finance Manager

SF Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a Coventry based business in the recruitment of a Regional Finance Manager. This role will offer a hybrid working pattern.

The individual will lead the regional finance team to business partner with operational colleagues and be the point of contact for the regional operational senior management.

They will be responsible for producing and reviewing month end accounts and regular forecasts across the region. Reporting into the Finance Director, they will produce regular, accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting to aid managerial planning and commercial decision making.

We are looking for:

- Qualified accountant with management accounting experience
- Experienced in producing management accounts and reviewing with operational managers
- Experience of forecasting and budgeting, working with operations managers
- Experience of managing colleagues and reviewing their work
- Strong IT skills including excel and data manipulation and production of reports
- Focussed on delivering objectives and deadline driven
- Strong relationship building and communication skills, strength of character to be seen to supporting Operational managers as well as providing adequate levels of challenge to forecasts and financial performance
