We are supporting a growing multi-site hospitality brand in their search for a Head of Finance.
This business had its challenges during the COVID crisis but maintained a stable balance sheet and are looking to grow by opening several new sites across the next 12 – 18 months.
We are looking for someone with some SME multi-site food and beverage or hospitality exposure. Key competencies include financial reporting and commercial analysis. Vital aspect of the role will be commercially partnering various departments in the business, especially operations.
You will be part of the senior leadership team and have responsibility for all day to day finance activity. We are looking for someone who has the ambition to develop into an FD/CFO role.
Working closely with the Managing Director and Global CFO, the Head of Finance will work collaboratively within the finance team to improve the overall financial performance of the business by; offering relevant insight and analysis to improve decision making. This truly is an all-encompassing role and will provide a genuine opportunity to make your mark on the business.
