Your new company
You will be joining a dynamic, innovative and growing global group, working within this complex multi-site, multi-currency group headquarters. You will be working within a professional team, in modern, spacious open plan offices, based in Bournemouth. Currently working 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.

Your new role
They are keen to strengthen their FP&A / Finance Business Partnering function to provide detailed financial analysis and insight to supply chain stakeholders to improving strategic decision-making and business performance. You will be analysing material costs & purchase variances and supply chain costs. You will also be supporting with the delivery of all month end reporting, responsible for reviewing overhead expenditure vs budget/forecast and will also be involved in budget & business plan preparation & re-forecasting, as well as ad hoc reporting and support to both the Head of FP&A and CFO.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous Finance Business Partnering / FP&A experience and a track record of supporting strategic decision making through financial analysis and commercial acumen. Ideally you will have worked in a manufacturing / engineering environment.

They are currently working in a hybrid pattern (2 days from home) and there is some flexibility over start/finish times. 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
