They’re looking for an Investment Analyst to work in their award-winning Investment Team and support the Portfolio Manager responsible for their c£2 billion Real Estate portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Portfolio Manager, the job-holder is responsible for monitoring key portfolio metrics, establishing data techniques to ensure accuracy of data for portfolio monitoring and undertaking qualitative and quantitative analysis of market information.
They’re looking for applicants with relevant experience in the investment industry focussing on and supporting real estate / real assets. They expect that you’ll have a background focusing on data analysis; with your sophisticated verbal and written communication skills allowing you to present this and other technical information to a number of diverse stakeholders. Applicants will be committed to progressing their career with an enthusiasm to learn and grasp new concepts quickly.
