About the role:
They are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join their Internal Repairs Team. The main purpose of this role is to provide financial administration support to the Internal Repairs Team, ensuring their suppliers and contractor partners are paid within agreed terms.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for suppliers and contractors regarding payments for materials or services rendered
- Ensuring that all invoices are processed correctly and efficiently
- Ensuring the upkeep of management systems
- Raising purchase orders in line with agreed procedures
- Liaising with contractors to ensure invoices are received in a timely manner
What they’re looking for:
- Experience of working within a similar role, processing invoices using software systems such as OpenAccounts and EBIS.
- Ability to process data quickly and accurately
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
- A strong team player
- An understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
- An appreciation of the need to represent the organisation in a positive and professional manner
