FP&A Manager

I'm working with the CFO of a PE backed SME software solutions provider based in London, who's looking for an FP&A Manager to join the business in the midst of some exciting potential acquisitions. The business are looking to continue their scale-up via a buy and build strategy and have some interesting acquisition on the horizon. As they continue to scale and the team grows, the CFO needs someone to help build out the commercial and FP&A functions.

You'll be business partnering the CFO, key stakeholders, sales and marketing and the PE house to identify and align the budget, devlop accurate forecasts and support the integration of newly acquired businesses over the coming months. You will need to be experienced working with senior stakeholders and PE investors or investors alike, ideally in a tech, fintech or saas environment. You must have a track record of delivering on the bau, whilst also building out the FP&A function in line with aggresive growth plans and ideally have familiarity with the requirements of integrating new businesses.
