Background

Smart DCC believes in making Britain more connected, so we can all lead smarter, greener lives. We're a relatively young company, with a very mature assignment. What we do will enable innovators to provide smart solutions for the future. It's never been done anywhere in the world. We're definitely game-changers in that respect.

It's an exciting time to join our business. Our universal, secure network will be in 30 million homes and businesses. That'll make it the largest network in Britain. Our business has evolved as quickly as it's grown. The scope of what we do and what's in our roadmap is much further reaching than what Smart DCC was originally established to deliver.

Our people mission is: to motivate individuals to be the best they can be. In turn, producing the best talent that make DCC a high performing business and a great place to work.

We're good at what we do, but we're not perfect. We don't always get things right, but when that is the case, we fail fast. We fix the problem, learn how to be better moving forward and get on with it. We value all of our people and celebrate our diversity. We operate within a culture of mutual respect, ensuring everyone feels included.

We need people who are both innovative and professional by default. We need people who push themselves to be the best, always. If you want to grow a business that is fast paced, and you thrive in an environment of change, then Smart DCC is the place for you.
