Transformation Director

A PE backed global software business requires a new Transformation Director as the result of continued growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Partnering with the business to identifying group wide process/workflow deficiencies and bottlenecks and implementing the required strategies and changes to resolve these issues. 
• Developing solutions and the PMO structure, and then proactively ensuring the delivery of solutions and projects.
• Driving a range of key change and transformation programmes such as a continued workspace rationalisation project, the digitalisation of group wide processes and procedures, a group wide ERP implementation, supporting the continued growth into new and key markets/geographies, and the delivery of a programme to develop and overhaul the international finance function.
• Collaborating with sales and operations teams to develop sales pipelines, improve sales KPIs and reporting, develop the pricing strategy, and to develop a range of end to end sale processes.
• Developing the group-wide customer life cycle.
• Working with Tech and R&D teams on the development and roll out of new technologies. 
• Aiding in the development of the visualisation of data and reporting. 
• Regular presentation to the Board and C-Suite to update on current programmes, as well as to present on future assignments and initiatives. 

Required Experience

• Prior experience in a strategy consulting role or in-house transformation team.
• The proven ability to deliver on projects, and to not just implement the strategy/theory required for them.
• Highly driven and ambitious.
• Breadth of transformation/change experience.
• Strong analysis, excel modelling, and data manipulation skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• SAAS/Software experience would also be of significant benefit but is not required.
