The Opportunity
A rapidly growing, technology services business is looking to appoint a Group Financial Controller as it prepares to scale by 10x, following private equity investment.
The business has a senior management team with a strong track record of driving both organic and acquisitive growth (currently £20m EBITDA), with several acquisitions in recent years. At a pivotal time in the business’ growth journey the CFO has restructured the finance team and requires a Group Financial Controller to deputise and take responsibility for the company’s finance operations as the business prepares to grow from a UK to a Global market leader in three years, supported by significant investment in M&A.
The Role
The role holder will have day to day responsibility for the finance team and oversight for reporting, management accounting, tax, treasury, and audit requirements across the group and helping to maximise working capital availability, whilst also supporting the leadership team in potential future M&A activity.
The Requirement
Given the broad responsibility, close collaboration with a strategically focused CFO and compelling growth journey, the role could be a stepping-stone towards an CFO position in the future.
