Our client, fast-growing PE-backed B2B services business, is seeking an Interim Head of Treasury for an initial period of 12 Months during a period of change and restructure.
The role will be stand-alone, and will be working remotely with the flexibility to meet in the South West when required.
Key responsibilities:
- Support corporate leadership with all areas of treasury and cash management
- Identify and remedy weaknesses regarding cash pooling, banking relationships, and controls
- Support the CFO on restructuring the billing function and support on commercial aspects, e.g. investment and bid decisions
- Partner with stakeholders across finance and sales teams
Candidate Profile:
- An experienced Treasurer
- Strong experience of negotiating banking covenants and leveraged finance
- Demonstrable cash pooling experience and experience structuring multiple entity bank accounts
- Approachable and able to build relationships across function and at all levels of the organisation.
