Privately owned technology services group are looking to hire an Interim Finance Projects Manager to support them for 6 months during a busy period. The expectation will be that you be based mainly remotely for the duration of the assignment, with 1 day per week expected in their Surrey head office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support finance leadership with a number of discreet operational finance process improvement projects
- Specifically support automation of Purchase Order system and Invoice Approval processes
- Ad-hoc value-added data analysis in excel, to support ongoing management reporting requirements
- Liaise with stakeholders across Finance and IT, providing expert advice and support
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Accountant of graduate calibre
- Previous experience of managing similar operational finance projects working closely with IT
- Background in medium-large sized companies, ideally with large number of complex transactions
- Hands-on and detail focused individual, able to work autonomously in a high-growth environment
