Sales Ledger Clerk - Property Management. Our Client is a growing lettings and property management company operating in London, and due to their sustained growth they are now looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their growing finance team to handle their extensive residential portfolio.

The Role will see the individual carrying out responsibilities such as:

  • Raising Invoices using their property management system.
  • Posting and allocating tenant receipts daily.
  • Reconciling daily cash posted and bank transfers.
  • Liaising with lettings to ensure move in move out and renewals actioned.
  • Ensuring that lettings are notified when to register and deregister TDS.
  • Monthly client reconciliation with relation to SAG/HMO.
  • Liaising with Credit Control to resolve queries related to missing payments.
  • Posting of adjustments onto tenant ledgers once authorised.
  • Ensuring all information is up to date on tenant ledgers - including pro rata credits.

The Person is expected to be a dynamic and forward thinking individual with experience of working within a residential property accounting role specifically in accounts receivable / sales ledger. The candidate should ideally have a proficient understanding of a Property Management system such as Yardi, MRI or TRAMPS. Excellent customer service and communications skills are essential.
