Assistant Financial Accountant

Axon Moore is working with a high growth PE backed client in Bolton to recruit an ambitious Assistant Financial Accountant.

This business has been expanding organically year-on-year and has successfully weathered the last 12 months with strong performances across each of their interests.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to –

• Preparation of the Monthly board reporting
• Support the Month End management accounts process ensuring deadlines are met
• Responsible for the consolidation of the P&L, Balance sheet and cashflow for the group
• Support the continuous improvement of finance processes
• Preparation of the Quarterly VAT returns & assist with Corporation Tax and other tax processes
• Group salary and overhead management including recharges to operational companies
• Assisting with the annual budget process and quarterly forecasting
• Assisting with the preparation of year end accounts, consolidation and statutory accounts

This role will suit an enthusiastic, part qualified candidate ACCA/CIMA, with proven work experience in management accounts.

You will be working alongside a high calibre finance team, who will strive to help candidates to step into a senior role across the business.
