PART TIME Finance Manager role based in South Essex

This is an established business within the construction field. Having won a new project they are now looking to recruit a Part Time Finance Manager in the South Essex area.

Your new role
Having won an exciting new project this business are now looking to recruit a Finance Manager. The Managing Director is looking for someone who is based in the South Essex area and will work closely with him. The role will involve managing an Accounts Assistant who has all the transactional responsibility and will focus on the core management accounting and business partnering the MD.

To begin with this role will be looking after everything from transactional through to WIP and management accounting and the production of board packs. Mid to long term as the business continues to grow there should also be the opportunity to create a small finance team.

What you'll need to succeed
This client will consider qualified accountants, those working towards their qualification or qualified by experience. Experience gained within construction could be an advantage. Most important is that you are already based in South Essex, are happy to have a large part of your working week based at home and have broad accounting experience.

What you'll get in return
£45-50,000 + Benefits- to be pro rata for part time hours
