Group Financial Controller

Company - PE backed, Service Group operating in over 40 countries with a Shared Service Centre based in Mumbai, are now looking to appoint an energetic, highly driven Group Financial Controller, reporting to the CFO and the Operations Director. You will be responsible for the direct management of a team of 10 Senior Finance Professionals with a remit to drive through change and lead from the front.

The Role - Full responsibility and oversight for finance, including; financial reporting & control, tax & treasury, accounting policy, accounting software & systems, audit requirements/relationships as well as regulatory compliance. The role includes day-to-day interaction with the executives within the organisation and will also have regular external interaction with auditors and legal advisors. With a need to strengthen the control environment following rapid growth there will be a remit to hire, train and manage of the technical accounting team.

The Person - You will be a Graduate, ACA Qualified from a Top 10 firm, with a minimum of 5 years experience in the commercial sector from a corporate fast moving environment, spearheading transformation and team development. This is a key hire to work through some ambitious growth plans to bring the company to the next stage of development.
