Finance Director

A highly successful, independent marketing agency is looking for a Commercial Finance Director. 

As number one in finance, you will partner with the CEO and leadership team, with responsibility for the commercial, strategic and financial management for the group.

This is a 3-month contract initially with longer-term potential

Finance Director | The Role

• Partnering with the leadership team and helping the business identify global growth opportunities
• Supporting the leadership team and board with strategic decision making
• Taking the lead on all client commercial matters
• Reviewing current commercial models
• Implementing pricing models and strategies 
• Working with the team to evolve finance systems and processes
• Optimising financial management including working capital management, cash management 
• Manage, mentor and develop the finance team

Finance Director | The Person

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
• Experience of working in multiple creative/marcomms businesses 
• Strong client-facing commercial experience
• Proactive and solutions-driven
• Immediately available or on short notice
