Description

• Overseeing and Management of the Financial Reporting Team comprising 10 people
• Manage the yearly financial audit and submission of statutory accounts process
• Ensure consistent adherence with all Internal Audit and compliance requirements
• Implementation of financial controls and processes ensuring accurate, detailed and timely monthly reporting to Group in compliance with Group Key Guidance Documents and Internal audit findings.
• Establishing and standardising financial reports for Income Statement, Balance Sheet
• Leading on integration of acquisitions
• I. literate and conversant in how I. systems can facilitate financial reporting
• Ad hoc reporting and investigations

Profile

Qualifications

• Proactive, goal orientated and deadline driven mentality
• ACA or ACCA tier 1 or tier 2 audit background with time and industry experience managing teams in large complex GroupsUp to date knowledge of current IFRS and audit practices.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• 3 years' reporting experience as part of a large complex group.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into analysis
