A private equity backed B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) business requires a Head of FP&A to join at a time of exciting growth and expansion, to develop all existing FP&A and finance business partnering processes, systems, procedures, and reporting.
With a strong focus on driving revenues and international growth, this role calls for a commercially minded individual with proven FP&A and modelling skills.
Duties to include:
- Leading on all group wide budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities.
- The production of monthly and quarterly detailed M.I and Board packs to be presented to internal stakeholders and the investors.
- Development of the current suite of M.I and KPI packs.
- Act as true business partner to department heads and country managers/M.Ds alike.
- Partner and support all departments across the business including marketing, sales, tech / delivery teams, HR, etc.
- Continue to drive improvements across the FP&A function to ensure it meets the demands of a rapidly expanding business.
- Challenge and hold internal stakeholders to account, and develop strong working relationships with them to ensure a collegiate approach.
- Work with sales teams to drive sales pipelines, to support on tenders, to improve margins, etc.
- Review, with legal teams, commercial contracts and agreements.
- Support the FD and CFO on a range of key projects (both cost and revenue focussed).
Candidate requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant – ACA, CIMA, ACCA.
- Prior experience of working in Transaction Services, M&A, or similar an advantage.
- Preferably with technology, software, or SaaS experience, or with experience of working in a B2B focussed organisation.
- Excellent modelling skills.
- Proven to deliver in an FP&A or Finance Business Partner role.
- Ability to present complex financial information to non-finance staff.
