Finance Business Partner

Our client is looking for a confident and capable business partner to support a growing area in the business with commercial decision making and performance improvement.

Client Details

Our client focuses on an all round delivery solution from manufacturing through to logistics. They have a strong presence both nationally and globally and work with some large well known brands.

Description

• Provide a financial perspective of the business and identify opportunities to senior management to explore business cases and analysis
• Support the business by providing insight and interpretation of business performance, look at trends and variances
• Be able to influence senior management in regards with commercial decision making and performance
• Work closely with finance and non fiance to understand the operations, as well as costings (expenses, overheads, margins ...)
• Support with the budgeting and forecasting process and work together with the sales team to identify any trends, improvements and changes

Profile

- Qualified accountant with at least 2 years PQE within a commercial environment

- Someone who is confident, tenacious and has excellent presentation skills Organisational skills.

- Ability to communicate and work with numerous stakeholders

- Be able to take initiative

Job Offer

- £55,000 salary + benefits package

- The client will consider someone on an interim to permanent basis
