Due to a significant transformation project, my client needs a temporary Management Accountant for 12-18 months
Client Details
My client is a large Public Sector organisation going through a massive transformational project
Description
Reporting to a Head of Finance, the Management Accountant will be joining the organisation as they are entering a phase of significant change.
This will be a rounded role looking after a range of duties on this project.
As well as the standard Month end close routine, you will be involved in budget monitoring, business partnering with internal stakeholders, fixed asset and capital accounting. There will also be other Ad hoc duties as required by the HOF.
Profile
You will ideally be a qualified Accountant holding CIMA, ACA, ACCA or CIPFA.
QBE's may be considered for this role.
You will have excellent management accounting skills, including month end close.
You will have excellent budget monitoring experience.
You will have great interpersonal skills.
you will be a self starter requiring minimal management/direction.
