Finance Manager (12 Month FTC to potential Perm)

Broad hands on role for an initial period of 12 months with a view to go permanent

Your new company
Division of an internationally listed group based in North East Hampshire seek to appoint their next divisional Finance Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract with scope to go permanent during the completion of the assignment.

Your new role
Reporting into the local leadership team you will take ownership for the divisional results on a periodic basis ensuring all local deadlines are met in order to issue the results to group HQ for the overall group consolidation. You and your team will produce the management reporting pack and ensure all statutory obligations are met such as VAT and annual reporting requirements / audit liaison. Furthermore you will be responsible for all treasury management, including balance control of current accounts and inter-company cash balances, cash forecasting as well as preparing budgets and forecasts.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with sound end to end skills across both financial and management reporting requirements. You will be comfortable leading a team and ideally have worked within a division of a larger group where you will be accustomed to working in line with regulatory requirements. Exposure to larger ERP tools such as Oracle and/or SAP would certainly be useful.
