Payroller, (Part time 20-25 hours) LE12
Summary
Our Client - a friendly established manufacturing business based in LE12 - are recruiting an experienced Payroller to manage the payroll, there is a monthly Payroll and a Bi-Weekly Payroll.
This is very much a stand-alone role, so we seeking a confident and capable payroll professional who is willing to drop in and go for it.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
⦁Processing the monthly and bi-weekly payroll for the business
⦁Calculating SMP, SSP statutory deductions incl. workplace pensions (auto-enrolment),
⦁Liaising directly with staff to resolve queries,
⦁Administering the furlough scheme
⦁Any related adhoc duties as delegated.
The Right Person
⦁Experience using SAGE Payroll is a bonus.
⦁Solid understanding of payroll legislation / current guidance is essential,
⦁Effective communication skills,
⦁Proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision,
⦁Excellent planning, organisation and deadline time keeping skills.
Package
⦁Appointment Type: Temporary Full or Part Time
⦁Salary: £24000 - £30000 per annum PRO RATA (subject to experience)
⦁Hours: Part-Time Flexible
