Elevation Senior Finance are currently partnering with one of the South Yorkshire's leading employers to recruit a Finance Business Partner. The business is based in Doncaster, but they have a new policy where their finance team only need to be in the office one day a week, with a few more days in the office at month-end.
This is a new role, where you will be required to business partner with a particular division of the business, providing financial analysis and guidance to support commercial decision making.
Responsibilities will include:
- Business Partnering with Operational Managers to ensure financial targets are achieved
- Support the integrity of the financial and internal control environment
- Provide financial analysis, in order to support decision making & effective cost control
- Highlight adverse variances and recommend actions
- Support the delivery of the Mid Term Planning process (MTP)
- Support the on-going development & roll out of Flow Profitability reporting
- Support the completion of internal audit work
- Deputise for Senior Operational Controller
Key Skills:
- Strong team player, with experience of working alongside non finance managers
- Good system skills - specifically Excel, with knowledge of SAP and TM1 an advantage
- Strong communication skills
