About the Organisation

Our client is a leading insurance premium finance company in the UK and Ireland. They are currently looking for an Accounts Maintenance Administrator to join them in Leatherhead.

While their offices are based in Leatherhead, they are currently operating on a work from home basis, with the possibility of the introduction of a hybrid model in 2022.

The Role

As an Accounts Maintenance Administrator, you will provide general administrative and processing support to both retail and business customers in matters related to lending.

You will be responsible for updating the loan admin system, including changing bank details, actioning cancellations, changing payment dates, removing recovery codes, preparing and adding data, and issues contract changes.

You will also identify both service and operational improvement opportunities to ensure that compliance, regulatory and service standards are achieved.

Specifically, you will:

- Adhere to the standard operating procedures (SOP’s)

- Respond to email queries in an effective and timely manner

- Maintain and action daily reports

- Prepare and obtain “sign off” of payment requests

- Provide support to the Post Room as required

- Attend and complete any mandatory compliance training

About You

To join our client as an Accounts Maintenance Administrator, you will need:
 

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent numeric and analytical skills

- To be self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills

- Excellent organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail

- The ability to work to targets

- Proficiency in MS Office

Experience within a financial services environment would be advantageous to your application.
