Description
- Provide all financial support and analysis to Operations
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- To drive and challenge the actions required to deliver targets
- To lead performance reviews focusing on improvements required
- Meet reporting needs
- To evaluate, review and challenge proposed initiatives. Any changes are then to be forecasted and communicated properly
- Evaluate and monitor projects post roll out
Profile
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) 2 years' post-qualification experience in a relevant role is preferred, but not essential
- Degree in Business or Finance - desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build strong business relationships
- An analytical mindset
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload
- Able to work to strict deadlines
