A modern and forward thinking regional firm of Chartered Accountants are looking to expand their team with a newly qualified accountant. This is a newly created opportunity due to continued growth and new business wins and with a hybrid working policy there is opportunity to work across the Manchester, Cheshire or Stoke region.

Your new role
As an Audit & Accounts Senior you will join the firm's corporate service team and be responsible for delivering a range of compliance and advisory services to OMBs, international and entrepreneurial businesses. Day to day you will operate in a client facing role leading on audit and accounting services, supervising and reviewing the work of junior staff. You will be involved in client meetings and over time you will develop your own portfolio of clients with progression viable to Audit Manager over a period of two years for the right person.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking an ambitious qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) who can demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong client relationships. You will have gained some audit experience during your training and ideally you will be competent leading accounting assignments and taking accounts through to submission. The firm have offices based across Manchester, Cheshire & Stoke so you must be able to commute to one of these areas part of the week.
