Financial Controller

Financial Controller role to support a £6 million Manufacturing business based near to Rowley Regis. The role will see you reporting into a highly experienced Group Head of Finance (based elsewhere) who will offer you autonomy, but is also there to support and develop you to reach your career goals.

Salary on offer is up to £55,000 per annum.

The right candidate must be qualified, cost accounting knowledge is a must as well as manufacturing experience.

The role will allow you an end to end view of the financials for your area with the support of your own finance team. You will have a broad skill set and will be happy to role your sleeves up when required. The role of Financial Controller will see you interacting with Operations to understand what drives your business area, as well as transforming current ways of working to be more efficient and in line with Group.

You will work very closely with the Group Finance Director and Senior Management Team, and therefore your communication and relationship building skills will need to be exceptional. As the successful Financial Controller you will be inquisitive and will enjoy getting under the skin of what drives a business to create opportunity.

You must also be comfortable explaining financial information to non-finance as you will be expected to provide insight into all aspects of financial performance.
