Location: Bracknell RG12 - working 3 days in the office x2 from home / flexible

Job Description:

• Responsible for processing the UK and Ireland payroll - high volume, requires someone who can deal with a high pressured, fast paced and exciting environment
• Must have dealt hourly rate
• Line manger a team of x2
• Conduct regular reviews with team and progress and develop them
• Ensure the smooth running of the payroll
• Liaising with Team leads and ensuring payroll, benefits and bonuses are correct
• Point of contact for payroll related pension and equity issues
• Work with key stakeholders across the business to ensure payroll operations are optimised, efficient and compliant

Skills and Personal Attributes:

• Hard working, professional and calm under pressure
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong team management skills, MUST have previous management experience
• Excellent IT skills, ideally excel
• MUST have dealt with high volume payroll
