Partly based in South Molton (EX36 3LH)

Full time Finance Business Partner (almost or full qualified CIMA/ACCA), salary circa £25K - £35K per annum depending on experience. 

Contracted to 37.5 hours per week, initially working from home with the view to incorporating days in the office as and when restrictions allow. Character and competence are absolutely key; therefore, we would be happy to consider part time working for the right individual.

As a result of continued operational and organisational change a new role has been created to support the existing team. We are looking for a competent and capable individual to join our Finance division. The role will be partly based in South Molton (EX36 3LH) at our offices and from home, depending on the needs of the business, with occasional business travel to site. 

As a highly competent and effective Finance Business Partner with highly effective analytical, MS Excel and Powerpoint skills you will work specifically for the Agricultural division with responsibilities for the following:

The preparation of monthly Management Accounts covering our key feed manufacturing activities with particular focus on operational and overhead costs.

• Collation and manipulation of detailed transactional data to measure, interpret and provide insight into the financial performance of the business.
• Preparation and distribution of reports to senior Business Managers on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, analysing against key financial indicators and key milestones.
• Work with the Agri Financial Controller and Operations team to bring understanding of variances put in place corrective actions where necessary to ensure robust cost control.  Additionally, driving and tracking cost savings activities.
