Unique Graduate Opportunity – 12-month placement Data Analyst c £25k blended working

This scheme will reward purchasing loyalty by our farmer shareholders and the success of it largely depends on accurate information and regular communication.

In order to track and provide insight into their reward  account, we need a capable and highly competent analyst who can take all the data and produce statements of information to update the shareholder on their benefits. This is a new, critical, key and integral role to the success of the scheme. Reporting to the FD.

You will need to demonstrate:

• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills using MS Excel – VLOOKUP and Pivotable
• Ability to take data from multiple sources, analyse it and produce credible information
• Financially astute, comfortable working with multiple data sets of numbers
• Confident, creative, and committed with the ability to use initiative
• Degree in mathematics, statistics, business, or accountancy

This role would suit a graduate looking for their first opportunity in a role where they can really make their mark. We will offer full training; however, candidates must demonstrate a high degree of Excel capability and be comfortable with large data sets. The role could lead to a permanent role with the business and be part of the ongoing development of this exciting new scheme.
