Client is a £10 milion turnover family owned business.They seek a neW Finance Manager
Day to day management of the finance function, comprising 2 key staff responsible for Accounts Payable (full time) and Credit Control (part time)
• Key external relationships with accountants, bank etc.
• Monthly management accounts including:
Month end close process and balance sheet reconciliations o Financial management of margins, cost of sales and stock
• Administering all the appropriate financial controls for the business
• Running the company payroll (TBC) which uses Sage 50
• Bank reconciliations
• Payment runs •
Preparation of the monthly Intrastat and quarterly VAT returns and other statutory compliance
• Monitoring and accounting for supplier and customer rebates
• Preparing year end information for the external accountants t
• Involvement in the roll out of the new NetSuite ERP system
Skills & Competencies •
ACA, ACCA or CIMA or QBE.
Ideally NetSuite and Sage and excellent Excel skills.
