I am currently working with an independent SME insurance broker based in London with an international presence. They are looking for a Finance Manager to join the business reporting directly into the owner. This is a close knit, high performing team with a broad and varied role for the successful candidate.
Your new role
This is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:
- Audit Liaison and presentation of year end accounts
- Deliver on HMRC reporting
- Prepare and file Tax Returns for the Company
- Financial budgeting, forecasting and risk analysis
- Staff management of 3 reports
- Comply with FCA, PRA, Companies House and other financial legal requirements
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with post qualification experience in a similar role. You will have broking sector experience, specifically related to client money management and calculations. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be capable of building strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
