Credit Controller - ID: 12005
Our client based in Ibstock are seeking an Experienced Credit Controller to join their friendly team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the credit control function across relevant group companies. They will ensure timely payment of all company invoiced receivables and ensure customers pay to company payment terms and consistent reduction in DSO.
Key Responsibilities Include:
*Sales Ledger
*Chasing overdue accounts via telephone and e-mail.
*Resolving queries
*Obtaining Proof of Deliveries
*Providing a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.
*Allocation of Customer BACS and cheque payments
*Working to specific business targets and deadlines
Skills & Experience:
*Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
*Good telephone manner
*High standard of numeracy and accuracy
*Previous experience of One World
*Ability to prioritise workload so that deadlines are met.
*Previous experience in a Credit Control environment would be preferable, though suitable training will be provided to the right applicant.
Position: Permanent Full Time
Location: Ibstock
Reports to: Credit Manager
Hours:37 hours per week (8 - 5pm Mon - Fri) 1 hour lunch
Holidays: 25 days + statutory
WFH:Hybrid - part office based & part home working.
