Fast growing high-end retail (eCommerce) business based in Central London is currently recruiting for a Financial Controller to join their team. Reporting into the CFO, this is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with previous experience leading finance teams, ideally with a background working for consumer businesses.
Responsibilities include day to day management of the accounting department including treasury activities; management of two members of staff and oversight of accounts payable and receivables; produce monthly management accounts and provide analysis against budget; continuous improvements of systems and processes; responsible for all VAT; produce the annual budget; prepare statutory accounts for UK and overseas businesses.
You will be a qualified accountant with previous experience of leading a finance team. Ideally, you would also have experience of working for a consumer or eCommerce business.
