Credit Controller - ID: 12025
Our client based in Leicester are seeking 2x Experienced Credit Controllers to join their friendly team on a 3 month interim basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the credit control process for their assigned accounts. Speaking directly with customers to ensure pay to company payment terms and add to the group target of reducing the DSO.
Key Responsibilities Include:
*Chasing overdue accounts via telephone and e-mail.
*Resolving queries
*Obtaining Proof of Deliveries
*Providing a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.
*Working to specific business targets and deadlines
Skills & Experience:
*Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
*Good telephone manner
*High standard of numeracy and accuracy
*Ability to prioritise workload so that deadlines are met.
*Previous experience in a Credit Control environment
Position: Temporary Full Time
Location: Leicester
Reports to: Credit Manager (who is lovely)
Hours:37 hours per week (8 - 4pm Mon - Fri) 30 mins lunch
Holidays: 20 days + statutory
WFH:Home Working Available
