Finance Manager | £40,000 - £50,000 | Barrow-in-Furnace | Excellent entrepreneurially ran SME | Strong end-to-end role

Axon Moore has exclusively partnered with a leading brand in Barrow Furnace as they seek to hire a talented Finance Manager.

This business is a reputable market leader in the region with a strong brand and presence. It is an entrepreneurially ran enterprise that is progressive, dynamic and has a lot of potential to capitalise on a particularly buoyant market.

The newly created Finance Manager role will be end-to-end in its responsibility from managing transactional finance, through to year end statutory accounts, month end management accounts, commercial reporting and business partnering. This new Finance Manager will develop systems, processes and controls, and will move on to develop the board pack each month to better aid decision making.

Once a foundation has been established, there is a great opportunity here for a motivated and driven Finance Manager to work with a strong operational board to deliver change in the business as they look to set up different value creation projects as they invest across different departments.

This is a growing and expanding team so they need the right calibre and the right personality, but they open to both qualified and qualified by experience candidates, but personality and gravitas will be essential.
