Interim Finance Director required for this high growth, buy and build, PE backed business. My client is looking for an accomplished, experienced and hands on Finance Director who has operated in multisite, high growth, contractual led businesses. The business has grown rapidly across the UK, through acquisition and organic growth. The growth has left the finance team of the businesses stretched across the UK and using multiple systems to complete consolidated statutory accounts.
The initial scope will be to work with the CFO to assist with the day to day management of the team and financial service and reporting to the businesses whilst supporting the integration of the acquisitions. Experience working in a PE backed buy and build operation is essential as you will also pick up some of the board and PE reporting lines.
