Commercial Finance Manager for a large well known FTSE business

Your new company
We are supporting a large and very well know hospitality business with the recruitment of a Commercial Finance Manager to provide a business partnering service to one of their largest brands

Your new role
In this role you will act as a trusted Business Partner to the Operations Directors, providing financial management and analysis to the operations teams across the brand. Your expert insight and analysis will be instrumental in driving performance across the business across areas such as margin, pricing and productivity. The role will take a lead on financial panning, budgeting and forecasting for the brand as well as driving and analysing sales and labour targets. As part of the divisional executive committee you will play a key role in decision making around CAPEX, promotional activities and the evolution of the brand.

What you'll need to succeed
This is a high profile role in a fast paced and energetic business so the successful candidate will have a pro-active and driven approach to building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, Ideally you will be a fully qualified with demonstrable experience of business partnering and commercial finance in a multi-site and commercial environment.
